Elewana Elsa’s Kopje is an award-winning and private safari lodge in Kenya’s Meru National Park. Named after the famous lioness reared by George and Joy Adamson of Born Free fame, the camp is located in an area of open plains, doum palms, baobab trees and lush flora. The cottages at Elewana Elsa’s Kopje are designed to incorporate the natural rocky hillside and make for an exclusive safari retreat.
Enjoy game drives in open 4×4 vehicles in the company of knowledgeable driver-guides. Nature walks and night game drives can also be arranged in the national park, while a rafting trip on the Tana River provides a unique way to view wildlife.
