Bush & Beach-Maasai Mara & Diani Beach

Designed to deliver a classic ‘beach and bush’ experience, this 8-day fly-in tour is ideal for honeymooners and romantic travelers looking for great value. And with family accommodation available at our chosen lodges, this tour will also suit families with children.

The itinerary begins with Kenya’s showpiece – the Maasai Mara National Reserve. Your accommodation is one of the Mara’s favorites – Emboo River Camp – and takes full advantage of its private concession setting to deliver excellent and exclusive game sightings as well as stunning views of the Mara plains. Home to rewarding game viewing all year round, this corner of the Masai Mara takes on a different aspect when the migrating wildebeest herds arrive from about mid-year. Emboo River Camp lies on the annual Migration path and treats its guests to some of the most dramatic sightings of the year as the wildebeest cross the crocodile-infested Mara River.

Then it is off to the Indian Ocean coast and Kenya’s world-famous Diani Beach. Your accommodation – Waterlovers Beach Retreat – is one of the smaller lodges on the coast and enjoys a friendly and laid-back ambience. It is a landscape of white sand and crystal-clear water, fringed by palm trees and coastal forest in which you may see energetic and acrobatic troops of monkeys.
